New PTC sites have a big chance to scam

I'm really annoyed with these new ptc sites that instantly come into existence. They exist fast and they're gone fast. The fact that these sites have been paid by their advertisers and they earned in the ads clicked by members, they still scammed its members. After a month of joining, these sites are not any more existed and suspended. Are these new PTC sites reliable to join with or are they have a big chance to scam its members?
