evolution is a change in species. Change always happened and always will happen. So the short answer is yes evolution is eternal and there is no end.

I'd say it depends on what "kind" of evolution you are talking about. We continue to "evolve" in the way of technology and things like that, but I haven't heard lately (or in my life time or in the previous century or so for that matter) that an ape has evolved into a human-being so...guess it is just what you want to use the word for.

I assume you are referring to the evolution of living things. No, it never stops.

I believe that the world continues and will continue to evolve. I believe that long after humans are gone from this planet new life forms will evolve to take our place. Earth is an amazing planet and the life forms here are fantastic.
