promoting this site well. Did anyone join yet? They have on their home page $1 payouts yet I cant seem to find the minimum amount on the TOS. Checked the proof of payments and dont see any $1 payouts there. They have over 3,000+ members but only paid out $183?? A lot of iffy stuff on this site. What do you think? I pass on this one.

It is my opinion that any site with a low payout can take for ever to cash out. I just responded to another members discussion on how it took him two years and never got paid.
I try not to join sites with such low payouts as my first thought, especially if the total to date is that low, it reads trouble to me right off the bat.

I think its a gimmick to get members. Looking at TOS, there is no payout amount listed at all. Please dont forget about adpaid whose payout is $3. This is the only low payout site I belong to because they have paid me several times. That does not make any sense at all for a low payout site to take 2 years!!!!
