which do you prefer, eye glasses or contact lenses?

I am thinking of switching to contact lenses,
since i am so forgetful that i misplaced my
glasses every now and then, so to people who
had been using a reading glass and decided to switch to
contact lenses, what are the advantages and disadvantages
you experienced? how did you adjust to it?

it's safer to use eye glasses than contact lenses since contact lenses makes you eyes prone to infections if proper cleansing of the con5tact lenses are not utilized.......moreover if infection occurs, blindness may occur...

I have glasses but I definitely do not prefer them. I wish I could have contacts but I can not put them in. I have tried many many times at home and at the eye doctor. A lot of people tell me I have nice eyes and they want to see me with contacts and I want contacts as well but I just can't put them in. So I will have to stick with glasses for now.
