Does DESTINY brings 2 people together at the right time and place?

Destiny brings us to someone or something that we are meant to be or to have. But I guess if there is what we call "God's Will", we are also given "Free Will. Choosing the latter make us go and do something in our own way. The irony in a relationship sometimes is, most people end up with someone beyond their standards. That is because we decide and we choose whom we want to be with and what kind of person would best satisfy our whole being. It's not about finding the "right person". It simply making that person right. I don't mean changing that person to be somebody else. What I mean making that person right is, accepting him the way he is and appreciate what he can give.
