Especially MLM, which rely solely on income from downline? Because I understand the basics of science with religion that I have All forms of income that is not obvious source of money, from whom and for what reason, and no process of "consent granted" (for the trading business) is absolutely legal HARAM. While some MLM is concentrated only through the process of prospect and downlink, although there some other MLM that really sells.

why so many people still consider that MLM illegitimate? whereas it is clear that our religion allows buying and selling activity with the real goods and real price and as you said above many MLM performed direct selling and that really HALAL

Who says that? MUI? Then they have to make this things clear. Like this, anything or any trade that we don't have any idea in, and we just rely on speculation, that can be considered as haram or forbidden. Forex trading, for instance, if you got no knowledge of that, the cash you get will be haram. You don't really know how money there come to exist, don't know how to way of getting the money there, and just rely on speculation without any calculation, that's haram. That's no different from gambling that's clearly defined as haram. As long as you understand all you do in trading and moneymaking, and you know there is no forbidden things in, that's OK.
