PCSX2 is the only emulator available that can play commercial games. However aside from getting a dedicated video card for gaming it is more important to have a high processing speed, like 3ghz or more. Having multiple cores also help. I use this program up till now. And I can play most games with it. There are some lags but with the right settings you can get decent speeds.

there are softwares to do that but u need to have a really good graphics card and mother board, and other good hardware, but as someone already said its much better to play the pc version of the game than to try and emulate it, ps2 is a console of the past and i dont think theyl be doin any upgrades on the emulators

There is an emulator software that lets you run a PS2 ISO into your PC, it is called PCSX2. But be aware that this needs a very powerful PC just to run it on full frames. You also need a PS2 bios that can be obtained from a real PS2, getting BIOS online is piracy so I dont recommend it.

Hey it is possible my friend. I would prefer you use pcsx2 but also check it whether you are having a good video card cause PS2 game are high graphic games. I used to play with it too, but I didn't create a backup of the software and so i lost the software when i formatted my pc.Hope I'll get one soon.

Hello. Well to play PS2 Games on computer you need a high configuration computer and if you High configuration computer then you should play PC Version of that game because most of games of PS2 are available for PC too. As far as software is concerned you can use pcsx2 playstation emulators get some latest version of this software and then try. (Do not try it if you have low configuration computer because in doing so with that configuration you will face system freeze/hangs down problems.)
