Average people have become more concerned with health and nutrition. Obesity law-suits have been filed against fast-food giants that have offered only fatty, greasy burgers and fries. As a result, many fast-food chains are now offerings healthier alternatives, such as salad and fresh fruit, as well as decreasing serving sizes. It seems this shift towards healthier fare is paying off for fast-food chains.......... What is your opinion!! Do you appreciate this shift or are satisfied with fast foods?

hi soulsshine, welcome to mylot I agree with your views about fast food lol The kids these days have little physical activity, they get up do home work given by teacher, go school by bus, in school they sit, come home by bus, watch tv etc, so no exercises of the limbs.. about food they eat chocolates, fast food etc etc Many adults too are after fast food, they too are less active physically So lack of physical activity and fast food leads to obesity.. Thank you so much for timely discussion. Professor ‘Bhuwan’. . God bless you. Welcome always.

Thank you so much sir. I do appreciate what you have said. Yes regular exercise could end up lots of problems from obesity to heart attack, blood sugar, depressions, and many more. I understand when it is about fast food shop or restaurants we give so much attention on what they are doing, are they violating laws or not but we never think back that what we are doing...we forget that in every moment we are violating our own rules when we know whatever we are doing, but without expressing it we try to cover it up. Shame on us.. It's really nice to see your picture..it seems so familiar to me the dresses....are you Indian? I guess so...I'm from bangladesh... Take care..god bless you and please wish me luck...

The fast food chains are just doing business. It is the people who has the choice and it is us who should be responsible enough to choose what kind of food to eat. Why do they have to sue the fast food chains just for offering fatty foods?

But don't you think it's a social responsibility? I know we are responsible first foe our dos and don's but as a social being we can expect the food providers will also be careful and thoughtful for us, right? Like we expect from our govt to be careful about public health and sanitation.

Hmm that's new, but better if not the best choice, almost all of us has a fast paced lifestyle and some forgot to cook especially during the rush hour of the day the fast food chains is the only alternative we have. Health is very crucial to us, now providing these options is a good shift from fastfoods. If to choose from fatty stuff and giving other options of course I would go for something healthy !

Yeah...I know...we all are always in hurry...but most of the time we forget...for whom we are taking so much stresses...the hope, desire or dream to become successful, to achieve the goal of our life, to compete with each other we ultimately forget our own-self. So it think its a great opportunity to look back to ourselves and give boost our health. Thanks for your opinion...
