I know! and omg, heavy traffic and out pour of people is more likely to surge on nov 1 at the cemeteries... Im not used to going to the cemetery on Nov 1 either... Oh well, that's just one of the differences of PNoy from gloria. Have a relaxing all saints' day =)

Usually, Nov. 2 is declared as a special non working day. But, it was not declared that it is part of the special non working day. If you desire to rest, perhaps you can take a leave on the 2nd if you desire. Especially if you are in the province during the holiday so that you can extend your vacation.

I sympathize with you there. I think P-Noy must declare Nov. 2 holiday as well. It would be my first time to visit the cemetery on the 1st of November! My family goes to the tombs of our loved ones on the 2nd of November ever since I was young until last year! Whew! ^_^

It always had been and should have been a holiday! As far as I can remember this is the only time that November 2 is not a holiday! I hope the next president will not do this again!
