Although I am living now in a country where water is expensive than gasoline but still I need to spend money for water. We are free to drink water in our cafeteria but in our room we are not allowed to bring some container and get water on the hotel water dispenser. Because our body needs water so we have no choice instead buy water to avoid dehydration. I remember when I am new comers to this place I felt that my mouth was always dried. I always bring a bottle of water. What do you think if water will gone? Can we strive for a couple of days without it? We all know that almost 75% of our body compose of water how can we sustain our life without water? For me I can strive without electricity than without water. How about you?

Purified Water - Waterin Containers
Of course we can do away with practically every other thing except water. Water is essential to keep living so I'm thankful I don't live in a place where water costs too high like in yours. When I was young we don't even buy water. We just drink water from the artesian well which provided us clean water. Nowadays due to pollution we can't drink tap water anymore. We have to buy purified water which costs around 80 cents per container (photo is attached.) Although we buy water now unlike before I don't complain for at least the cost is still a lot cheaper as compared to other countries and besides we don't run out of water either. We need water yes or else we can't survive this world.

Hello salonga, This discussion posted 10 months ago and I almost forgot this post. Anyway, I valued water most when I arrived here unlike when I was still in the Philippines which was pron of heavy rains and abundant of water. Water is very essential to every human being. Here 1 bottle of water around 500ml cost 1-2 SAR which around 12 - 25 PHP. Gasoline here cost 50 Halala or SAR (saudi arabian riyal)0.50 around PHP 5.50!

Hi july teen: water is life. I think the destiny of humanity is connected with water and also with the destiny of the other species. We can live without oil or without electricity but without water we couldn't live. Actually plants and animals need a source of water too. ALVARO

Yes, it is extremely important for our well being, I think this is well known. So never ever underestimate the effects of water or not drinking enough!

The water is so precious. no doubt. And it becames too expensive now. I remember years ago we used to drink tap water and it was fine. Now we have to buy it. But I'm lucky because near my home there is a hot spring. There are fountains and many people go there to fill containers of mineral water.

After all our bodies are 90% and more made of water... It is neccessary to be vital. I drink about 2-3 litres a day.
