I want to purchase referrals. Which are the best sites offering this service? Can anyone guide me?

yes johnrichard07 is right mostly web sites r scam which offers direct referrals

Hi
I think purchasing referrals is not a good idea.Referral means he should also be interested in the way you are making money.
Then both of you or you and your down line will be active and you can
make some profit out of it.That is what I think.Correct me If I am wrong.
