Hmm, it's a great taste. I like chocolate very much. How about you? It's a symbol of love in valentine's day. People say that it's not good for us to consume it a lot. It makes you feel pain in your teeth, or it will make you fat. In my country, its price is very expensive, so I don't eat it too much, only in a special occasion. I don't know why every bit of chocolate makes me happy.

Chocolate is not bad (unless consumed a lot), children (specially) should be limited in the amount of chocolate they eat and not just on Easter, either. Children need daily supervision when eating chocolates. Their eating habits are no exception. We need to teach them about balance, moderation, and healthy eating. The allot we buy and supply are a big part of that. By the time their bodies tell them they've had enough and they are laid out from a sugar rush, it will have been too late. I'd recommend to limit the amount of chocolate you will eat, simply because it is wise.

I think its ok to consume abit of chocolate everyday, but not much more than one small bar otherwise you will soon put a little weight on if you are one of those people that notices weight gains often. Myself i don't really gain much weight, but i do try and eat quite healthily even if i do eat abit of chocolate, not everyday though.

i think it depends how much you eat daily as regards chocolate but also related o the majority of other things..so if you eat so much chocolate surely it would be not really halthy and so you can reduce it..in many cases depends from the real amount..

I don't think so. Anything that's too much is bad. Consuming chocolate everyday could be harmful to our teeth and health in general because of too much sugar. I'm a chocoholic, I especially love eating dark chocolates, but I don't eat it everyday.

It is probably quite unhealthy to consume chocolate every day especially if they're more milky chocolates. It is actually encouraged to eat one dark chocolate bar a week. I personally, eat a lot of chocolate (as you can tell by my name), I eat it whenever its available but then again I don't take too much of an interest in my health. But what I say to you is that nearly everything is unhealthy to have frequently and it is too hard to keep track of all this so I reckon its OK for you to have chocolate when you like presuming that other than that you have a pretty healthy lifestyle. Its OK to have one luxury =D

Hi there coollady9! Many research studies have proven that eating chocolate can be beneficial for most people. I have read somewhere that eating chocolate makes you happy because it contains phenylephylamine - the same hormone the brain triggers when you fall in love. Chocolates taste great! I like eating chocolates but do not really eat that much. I am also choosy when it comes to what chocolates I eat. Well, I guess, it's okay to eat chocolates in moderation since anything in excess is definitely not good for the health.

Hello there. Yes, it is okay to load your self with chocolates as long as you can handle the consequences. We all know that anything too much is bad for our health. I do love chocolates but i only eat once in a blue-moon or at times that i aa so depressed that i need to boost my mood.

As with any food or drink we consume, if you have too much of it, it can be bad for you. I am not a great chocolate eater so I only eat it maybe twice a month. I do think however that having a little bit of what you fancy does you good, just don't have too much.

I'm sure all chocolate lovers would agree with you that eating chocolate everyday would be great. I think like any rich food, you should eat it in moderation. Eating small amounts everyday would not be the worse thing, and to enjoy eating it without guilt, you can have dark chocolate instead of milk or white chocolate. In many studies, it has been proven that dark chocolate has some health benefits and can be eaten daily. Just don't go overboard eating too much and I think you'll be fine.

Chocolates have certain contents that makes us feel good like for example endorphins , so its not entirely bad nor is it entirely healthy too. as we all know too much of something is bad.i was able to watch some experimental chocolate effect on humans body, and see if it can cause pimples, they've eaten thousands of calories from chocolates and they didn't cause any reaction on the sebacious gland ( where oil comes out).Still bottom line is it has got lots of sugar. So i'd say diabetes is a bigger worry.

Personally, I feel it is allright to consume chocolate every day, as long as one eat in moderation. Chocolate indeed can make one feel happy. If you enjoy chocolates, try dark chocolates. A bit more expensive but it appears to be healthier.

Definitely not a good habit to eat it on a daily basis, even if that was just dark chocolate, I still doubt it. Yes of course your teeth and your blood sugar level will get affected. But eating chocolates can never be as healthy as eating fruits and veggies everyday. I guess you really have a sweet tooth but take chocolate in moderation only. I guess if chocolates were just cheap in your country, you won't control yourself eating it? am I right? hehehe! Happy Mylotting.

I think it is OK... but only if you are eating it in a limit and not over doing it. Also you need to take care of how much calories you burn daily... If somethings make you happy there should not be anything that stops you.

You have to love chocolate. Everyone loves the sensations of happiness that a delicious piece of chocolate gives. Chocolate never fails to create feelings of well-being throughout the body. The use of chocolate as a cure for emotional stress has gotten new support from a clinical trial. The trial found that eating about an ounce and a half of dark chocolate a day for two weeks reduced levels of stress hormones. So, it is very recommended to enjoy eating chocolate.

Hi, consuming chocolate everyday depends on 1. the quantity you took, 2. the type of chocolate you had 3. if your body can cope with the intake. I like dark chocolate but I seldom have them much because I don't buy them often and I need to drink a lot of water after consuming it. It makes me feel so thirsty (maybe I had too much at a time). Also at times, it cause me to suffer from constipation. Thus, consuming everyday is not advisable. But some articles mentioned that chocolate helps to cheer one up and thus, if it makes you comfortable for the day, give yourself a small quantity without affecting your health. Life's short so we should enjoy (with care). Cheers

I have read somewhere that there is a "chocolate diet" wherein you will eat a serving of chocolates a day. Regarding the toothache, proper dental hygiene is what we just need. No matter how little sweets we eat, if we do not brush and floss our teeth, we will still get cavities. Personally, I love chocolates but I prefer dark chocolates. It is said to be healthier than milk chocolates or white chocolate. Out of the three, white chocolate has the least health benefits because it's basically cocoa butter so it has more cholesterol.
