mycubie suspended my account

just yesterday i requested my first payment in mycubie. i got it with in 8 hrs of requesting it. this happiness didn't last long for me. i tried to login today. then the site said me that, my account is suspended dua to having multiple accounts through the same IP. actually i didn't had any multiple accounts. i just logged in to that site through the public internet yesterday due to my system failure and clicked the ads as i already reached $1.98 till yesterday. and requested the payout then and there after clicking those ads. this is the only mistake done by me. how will it become a multiple account?
i also contacted the admin and requested for the cancelation of my suspension. will he consider it?
if not, how long this suspension will be? is it a life time or some limited days?
any one please help me in getting my account back..

its really a sad news on this HAPPY DIWALI DAY rajesh. but do not panic.
Just do your duty. informed the admin already. thats all. our duty is over. if they do not consider, just ignore. i am sure you will get a much better site soon.

yes mouli, u r right. i did my job and waited for a good news. luckily i got it. i'm back in mycubie now. admin reactivated it. on the diwali day i got a happy news. happy diwali to u also my friend. i forgot to say one more thing. i saw ur site also. its good. and one more thing, mycubie paid me yesterday without cutting the transfering fees. if u r interested, i'm ready to make referral exchange with u for mycubie from my side.

i'm sorry my friend. because of this tension yesterday, i haven't seen ur msg and delayed u. i'm back in mycubie now. the suspension was cancelled and i'm logging in now happily. i also saw u in my referral list. thanx. i'll join under u now. i'll join under u even if this site doesn't reactivates me. because u trusted me and joined under me with a faith that i'll keep my promise. its my responsibility to keep that. please wait for more 1hr and see me in ur referral list.

A public Ip address can be used by many and coincidentally someone has from the computer you used yesterday. This is listed in most sites that we cannot use multiple accounts unless we are absolutely sure that no has ever used that IP.
So because it is listed in the TOS I am afraid that unless they make an exception in your case the likelihood would be not.
Sorry you are going through this but see site owners are not able to determine if in fact it is you as there are so many cheaters out in the world and so people like you pay for it.

u may be right my friend. but thanx to the admin. he's not that much harsh to me. i'm active again now. it's accepting my username. thanx for this info. i'll not do this mistake agn.

sorry i have an account in mycubie but i dont go there bcs they pay only a bit so i rather work here to achieve more money :) you did right thing by contacting the admin^^ im sure that they will find a way to help you^^ they also for sure dont want to lose someone that work for them for something that was a mistake only. you didnt use multiple accounts you used the same account with a different ip. thats different^^ and they have to understand that.
