Dear MyLotters, For me, I need both clock and watch for my life. I have clock at every single room in my house(from living room, bedroom, dining room),so that I feel convenience when I need to see the timing. As for watch, I need to put on my watch everytime I go out. Although I do have my mobile phone with me and it does have a clock too,but I found that it is bit inconvenience as I have to take it out from my bag when I need to see the time. By putting on a watch at my wrist,I can see the time anytime I want.So convenience!! But for my husband, he felt bit weird to put on a watch, not comfortable, that is why he does not have a watch at all. Let's drop me a note ...do you like to put on a watch? How many watches do you have? Do you put a clock at every room in your house?

I keep two wall clocks in my school apartment, one in the living room and another one in the bedroom. Besides, I wear my watch as well though I use my cell phone. It is more convenient for me to have a look at my wristwatch in class for me to master time. Take care, shia.

Hi, Thanks for your response. I also prefer to wear a watch when I am out,..it is more convenience for me to look for the time. Although I have my cell phone at my side, but I still need to take it out, when I need to look for the time.

Hi, My husband is same like you, He does not like to wear a watch, He told me that he feel uncomfortable with a watch at his wrist. Therefore I never buy a watch as a present for him. For me, I need a watch when I go out, It makes me easy to see the time.

I'm thinking of wearing watches again. I never liked to because they made my wrist sweat (and the material - be it metal, leather, rubber... usually irritated my skin too. I think it was more the sweat and chafing than an actually allergy). Anyway since cellphones became popular, I've mostly used them to tell the time. Watches have become kind of quaint, so now I like them, lol

Hi, FOr me, I like to wear a watch when I go out. It is quite trendy and there are plenty of watch models and brands in the market. I don't really go for those branded watches but I do have medium quality watch which I will put on for certain occasions. As for normal outing, I will just put on those normal cheap watch. Actually mobile phone is pretty useful..can be act as clock too,but I found it is bit inconvenience as I have to take it out from my bag or pocket whenever I need to see the time. By putting a watch, I just need to have a glance on my wrist and I can get the time.

Hi, Very simple person..only have 1 clock at home. My house has few clocks and only bathroom don't have a clock. Every single room has its individual clock,so it makes me convenience when I need to see for the time. I also use my mobile phone as my alarm clock to wake me up every morning.More convenience and it save my money no need to buy another alarm clock.

Dear Shia, I used to wear watch too. It is much convenient when we need to refer the time. It is true that it is quite troublesome to take out the mobile phone from the handbag. However, I do not wear any watch lately because the battery is 'flat' ...

Hi, Thank for the response. I also have few watches which are run out of batteries and I am yet to get them change new batteries. I do heard from my friends that we can't keep the watches with flat batteries for long,or else, our watches will get spoil.\ Not sure how true it is..but I am planning to get them change to new batteries very soon.

Actually I need three. I need a clock, a wrist watch and an alarm clock on the table beside my bed. I really need them because I lack time management and I really get late going to work. I should really have a self-discipline to follow the time I should set to wake up.

Hi, I don't need an alarm clock as I am using my mobile phone as my alarm clock. There was a time whereby in the middle of the night, my mobile phone was run out of battery and then next morning, I was late to wake up....Oh...from that time onward, I will always check my mobile phone make sure has enough battery to support till next morning. I only need clock and watch in my life. They play an important element in my life as time is previous.

yep i have clocks everywhere at my place too... i don't find it convenient to rely on my mobile phone all the time to function as a watch...i think using a wristwatch for that specific practical purpose is always the best... anyway.... i'm glad i'm comfortable using a watch and wearing it. as long as the material it's made of is not something i'm allergic to.

Hi, I only realy on my mobile phone for alarm clock in the morning. I don't have any alarm clock and since my mobile phone has an alarm function, so I fully utilize it as my alarm clock too. For any outing, I will put on my watch,so it is more convenience to look for time anytime I want, instead I have to take out my mobile phone from my bag or pocket...not that convenience.

I put my clock and watches into strategic use. My clock is set thirty minutes advance cuz whenever i have an appointment i always look at the clock. When i'm out i have my wrist watch to look at which is set to the real time. It kinda relieves me knowing i'm a couple of minutes early.

Hi, It is pretty good to set your clock earlier by thirty minutes,at least you won't late for all your appointment, my mother in law used to set our house clock earlier by 15 minutes. so that we can prepapre ourselves earlier and set off earlier too. For my watch, i always set it at the real time, and everytime when I am out for appointment, I like to get myself ready earlier,so that I won't be late for my appointment.

And I do need both, too. They are important part of our homes. We have wall clocks in the kitchen, in the living room, and in the bedrooms. But when I go out, I use a wristwatch (because clocks are big enough, lol!) I use 5 watches, but cheap ones :)

Hi, Same with me. I need both watch and clock. I have clock everywhere in my house,so anytime I need to see the time, I just make a glance to the clock and got the time. Especially when I am rushing to some places, clock play an important role. I will only put on my watch when I go out,or else, my watches are kept nicely in my cabinet. I have few watches and need to change their batteries now.
