I was reading that eating almonds makes your hair shinier. I am not sure if this is myth or fact. Does anyone know anything about the shine factor in the Almond.

Never heard of that but be careful with almonds. do not overeat them, it can be dangerous. for shiny hair regular intake of some vitamins helps, as well as usage of special oils which u put into ur hair, for example I love olive oil from Morocco.

Once again, Olgiana you are a wealth of information. Thank you for commenting on my post. I think you have helped me in coming up with my next research project.

My problem is falling hair. I would like to address that at first. Shine can come later. :)

Nope I don't recall hearing about this lil factoid. Perhaps using something with an almond oil extract in the beauty products rather than consuming the almonds and digesting them.

If that's true, can we find some information whether the almonds can just make our hair shine and glow, or it can even grow hairs and help people recover their thinning hair? I am one of them. My hair line is going up!
