Did you search/download something on the web and end up with something else?

When I have technical problems with my desktop, I usually tinker with it first and turn to Google for help. Like one time, my CD rom drive suddenly decided to stop reading. I did a DIY (Do-it-yourself thingy) using instructions I got from one of the websites recommended by Google. Recently, I had to turn to the search engine again because I have problems with my internet connection when I installed Vista on my desktop. My problems got to do with the Ethernet controller. In the process, I was given some options to download an .exe file that will solve my problem. When I checked the file, it has actually nothing to do with Ethernet. I was really frustrated. Same thing when I try to watch some controversial thing in You Tube. You search for the right keyword, given the option and when you click it, you find yourself watching not related to the subject you want to watch. It is sooooo annoying!
