How many times did you write different signatures?

Before when I was in school I keep on changing how my signature looks like. Sometimes it would be with my full name, nickname or just my surname and list goes on... I think I had like 4 different signatures already up until now. But I've been using the same signature for the past 10 years and I don't want to change it except of course when I marry and sign with my husbands name on it. How about you? How many times have you changed your signature? Are you satisfied with what you have right now or will change it again soon? Also they say that you should change your signature like every few years... I really don't know about that since I'm contented now and have no plans of marrying so I'll stick with what I have.

Just a piece of unsolicited advice, I think you should figure out and stick to one signature for now. I'm not sure how old are you or if you are a woman. Just change it by the time you get married. It would be good to use 1 regular signature especially for documents, contracts, bank accounts, identification cards, passport, and the like. This is one of the primary ways an institution can verify your identity. This could prevent further problems that could arise from your documents and identification.

thank you for the advice. i am a woman and i'm 25 years old as what my profile says. i included in the discussion that i am using the same signature for the past 10 years now and haven't changed it and that i would just change my signature when i marry and get a husband. the whole discussion is all about how many times you have changed your signature and if your satisfied with it now or want to change it still.

I have many different signatures for different things. THat's for security purpose in case i lost something, that culprit won't be able to do much damage to most things under my name. For things of least importance to me, or things that don't hurt me as much, i will assign a simple signature to it. When it's something important such as credit cards, i will sign with my left hand, even though i'm a right hand person. It's to make it complicated.
