I heard eating an apple about 20 minutes before having your main meal makes you digest less calories, maybe as much as 180. Sourced from "men's Health" magazine... dunno if that makes it a good resource! But it seems legit. Also, chillies are a metabolism booster..... not exactly a fruit, well, I guess they are - but I'm assuming you wanted fruity fruits, right? Well, chillies are genius! Just add some dried chillie seeds into meals and it should raise your metabolism in a way that makes you burn more fat. Another metabolism booster supposedly is cinnamon. Which is great cos it's sooooo tasty!! And having cold showers is good too, meant to burn up to 10% more calories... but again, sources are "men's health" for these... I've heard some people say it's not that good, but it's based factually.

I heard that grapefruits help burn fat but I don't know how true it is. In fact there is even a grapefruit diet. They are delicious when eaten cold. Some people like to put sugar on it with a cherry but I only peel it and then eat it like an orange. Have a great day!

it is not totally true that eating apples and berries will cut down your fat, unless your are following the general rule in burning fat "burn more calories than your body can replace..so even if you eat this so called slimming fruits if your not taking exercise to burn calories chances are your not gonna lose those fat...so exercise and limit the amount intake of this fruits, or better not to have it cause fruits when it breakdowns it turns to fructose sugar which if not properly use by our body it will turn to fat..

My understanding is that a food that "burns fat" is a scientific impossibility. Foods provide us with energy- measured in calories. The only thing that can burn fat is using that energy. There are fruits that help with digestion. I'm not sure that improved digestion leads to weight loss directly. The loss will come because the improved digestion enables you to enjoy less food- thus fewer calories.

Lemons, oranges, limes and grapefruits are high in fibre and also rich in vitamin C, which aids the body to burn fat. Start the day with a glass of freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice, or have lemon juice in hot water to get the fat burning off to an early start. Melons, Apples, bananas and strawberries are also excellent fat burners.

I think fruit with lots of vitamin c can help burn fat fast and easy. When someone wants to lose weight they usually go on a fruit diet. Those fruits actually contains a lot of vitamins but never fattening.

Blue berries are good. They are a neg. calorie factor so you burn calories by digesting them. I love to keep a bunch in the freezer and take them out by the cup and snack on them.
