Keyboard: dirtier than a toilet seat?

We often use computer keyboard at work, but do you know that computer keyboard has more germs than a toilet seat? These are some of the bacteria found on most keyboard; STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS, E.COLI, COLIFORMS, and ENTERIC BACTERIA. These bacteria are common cause of pneumonia, urinary tract infections, meningitis, and septicaemia. Microbiologist Dr Peter Wilson said a keyboard was often “a reflection of what is in your nose and in your gut”. In my workplace, there are lot of people who shared computer and as you can imagine if someone in the office has cold and didn't wash his/her hand after going to toilet, it's very likely that the next person who will use the computer will pick up the virus from the keyboard.
