VIP clix dropped its rate per click to $0.001?

Anyone noticed VIP clix dropped its rate per click to $0.001? What's happening with them?? Is that a sign the Indo Network is about to go down? They are not paying instant anymore, and now this?

I am highly suspicious that they will go scam soon. I feel sorry for all the users who went and joined the site.
