It's sad to hear Christian's in other parts of the world are being persecuted. Is there anything that can really be done since it's in a country that has their own laws? I mean do they really listen to other's voice their opinions or just throw them aside?

There is no harm in trying, even the apostles were persecuted. But what should we fear if were doing something for Christ, our citizenship is in Heaven and not here on earth. Let's just try and help save a life that might be used to spread the word and expand the kingdom of GOD to every part of the world! See the the thread on my profile. Thank you.

I mean, help save her from the execution. If we can stop ASIA BIBI's execution through our emails to the Pakistani government. This post is just a response of a post of our fellow Christian campaigning to stop here execution in Pakistan. If you have read the post on the link I gave on my post above?

I send a note her way for encouragement. I read how she got arrested and it's sad that people in other countries are not allowed to express their Christian faith.

Save a Christian?? from what? persecutions? But we should already know that as a Christian, as a follower of Christ we will be persecuted. In John 15:18 says "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first." What we should pray for is the Word of God to be spread. Every Christian has a battle, but no matter how hard we do strive in life, God is our refuge and strength. But do not ask God to let that trials be away, it is the testing of our faith, it molds us and keep us going. There are thousands of Christians being persecuted and killed everyday. But we will not be weakened by this, because we know that if we let God work in our lives, it is for our own good and we focus only on the things that our eyes cannot see, the one that is eternal which Jesus Christ paved the way for us. Time is not enough, we should be sharing God's Word to our family, friends and loved ones. Pray unceasingly brother and just be strong in your faith. May God find us faithful till the end...press on towards the goal to win the race.

chuyins123 , I want to thank you and may God greatly bless you for starting this discussion. It raises awareness of persecution around the world. One of the greatest things we must do is pray. I encourage us all to pray each day for those Christians being persecuted. See... http://www.persecution.org/ .

It would be the least that I can do pastor, I want to be of use for the spread of the Kingdom of God, and well to let all the world that OUR GOD is a real God and that we would be able to stand strong with Him who gives us strength. Thank you for that response though Pastor. Greatly touched me. So blessed to have you here. God bless you more PastorP!

I just got to this discussion today. I know that the Lord's will is done in her case. God does not let anything He hasn't planned happen to His children. But it is indeed very important that as Christians, we pray for each other all over the world against situations like these. If you read Acts 12:1-11, we see exactly what happens to Christians all over the world, and more importantly, we see the way to counter-act them (vs 5 "...but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.") We need to be constantly praying for our brothers and sisters all over the world.
