Is Bux.to a Scam

Hi all, I have been a member of Bux.to for quite sometime now and I have also reached my minimum payout of more than $50.00. On reaching the minimum payout I have requested for a Cashout i.e on the Friday 19 Feb 2010, but since then it has been 9 months now but I haven't got paid yet. It says that it is still AUDIT PENDING.
Can anybody tell me why didn't I get paid?
What needs to be done for me to receive my pending withdrawals?
Please advice............

Well It used to pay but not anymore. It was one of the good sites back then.

Actually today I just replied to a discussion and it is about Bux.to. This person hasn't got his payment and he has nearly USD200 in his Bux.to account. That's so bad. He said that Bux.to has become to be a scam and he will never get his payment from it.
