Diet is different from fasting you idiot.

Do you starve yourself when you go on a diet? Or you control the portion size and adjust to your body needs? Balanced diet? Lose weight diet? What does a balanced meal mean to you? Diet coke(EWWW)? Light beer? So many questions arise when we think of dieting, which usually people associate with losing weight, or lifestyle about food. I eat like a lion(binge eating) and it seems that I gained a lot of weight(about 50 to 60 lbs) in these last 5 years of living in the Imperialist Country of the United States of America. It's not just the food that increased my weight(from 135 to 190 lbs) it's the things that happened to me like the fact that I took weight training in High School so that translates to increased muscle mass, more muscles to feed, more energy to use, or higher metabolism. There is also the fact that muscle is heavier than fat. When I finished high school I stopped weight training and then I started to gain more weight after that and I still eat like a lion.

( a rant)I'm in shape, Round! I have never nor will I ever been on a diet. I eat one huge meal a day and snack afterwards. I am on my feet at work my Whole shift and a few years back I noticed I have lost weight. Now I'm back down to the weight I was in highschool. I have always been fat and I will remain fat, Period! The Food Nazis can take a flying f*ck at a rolling donut. As long as I can afford it , I will eat what I want When I want!

At BK they have the free whopper after one purchase of whopper thing and I took'em both at one sitting, I felt great taking that in with large fries and a large drink. I did it again the next day, and then I felt heavy the next day after that then I stopped and thought do lions feel this way too? I always think that I'm a lion that whenever there is food I have to eat it because I never know when the food is coming.

I was blessed with an understanding mom. I was a picky eater and she fed me what I wanted, as much as I wanted. Back in my school days, Early school days I had lunch and dinner and a snack. I Never have breakfast! Too much food too soon and I'll be sick for the rest of the day. Then in highschool , because school started so early , I only took a snack for " lunch" and the I had a large dinner.After highschool, I could eat Whenever and I did . but I didn't get my job until much later. Now I get up, I hang out and then go to work. I eat my first meal After work on work days. And I haven't gained weight! Weird!
