My friend and I covered these empty paint cans we bought at Menards. Doing a winter theme we covered them with snowmen. Mentalward shared this website with us a while back so if you want to find something differnt for your sales or for holiday gifts visit favecrafts and see what they have. Do you have a craft site you love?

What a great looking idea. Did you sell many of the paint cans? I did join favecrafts but really haven't had the time to check it out. I still love to work with plastic canvas projects. Like creating my own ideas. Sold many items last time I did a craft fair but that was about 2 years ago. My daughter and I went to a craft fair last weekend. Several booths were selling bottle caps with little photos on them and decorated washers used to make necklaces or bracelets. They were really cute. I really liked the idea of sending in a pet's photo and having the photo placed on a washer as a necklace. Very clever.

Smart idea. I never think that far ahead to make something I can use if nobody wants to buy.

That is a clever idea! I only made a couple as I only make things I can use as gifts afterward if they don't sell....this filled with cookies or something would be fun to give!

That's really cool. My mom bookmarked a really cool site that had all kinds of ideas for crafts made with things we don't use anymore, like paint cans even. I should check her computer. She used to love doing crafts before her mind started its downward spiral.

Hot Dog Costume - Easy Crafts and Sewing Projects
This is Great Jill, Thanks a bunch for sharing. I love the idea and yes I do have a favorite craft site, actually several but right now I have bee n at http://www.freepetprojects.com I made my dog the Hot Dog Costume for Halloween and am now working on the "Cheap Bird Feeder" http://www.freepetprojects.com/freeprojects/view/64994-cheep-bird-feeder/ which entails painting coffee cans. Sign up to be able to download complete instructions (patterns etc) Not a referral link and the site doesn't bombard you with emails either. It is a sweet place to hang out for an hour or so. My pup loved her Halloween Costume. Cutie Pie. (see below) I have found some neat stuff to make from that website. Would you please be as so kind as to post the link to the website that Mentalward shared with us a while back, as per mentioned above? Very much appreciated.

Those sure are different. I think they are unique, and very cute. I wish I was that creative. I usually just go to Michaels.

That is beautiful jill, you are very crafty...It is too bad you don't sell online or that you don't live closer so we could work together. I really love having booth sales, even though I have never sold a thing, it is fun..:)
