Anyone tried this yet? I decided to try it to see if I would really like one or not. I don't think I would like it, but I thought I would try out the free one for the pc to find out. So I get on to register it and it shows that I have it and then when I go to download it tells me I don't have one registered. So guess what.. I'll delete it and not worry about it. No Sale! ANyone have better luck at this than me?

That could be a problem if there are no books on Amazon in Telugu! I have only downloaded some free books, a lot of our classics are free downloads!

I'm sorry. It's a "kindle" which is an electronic book basically. You can download ebooks to read and not have to purchase a book. IT's a lot less expensive especially for students! I was going to try one. They are usually pretty expensive, but I got a free one that Amazon offered. I just can't seem to get it to work!

I will check it out. I have wanted to purchase a Kindle but wasn't sure if I would like it or not. I am more worried about the glare if you take it out in the son. I have spoken with a few people that have purchased them, and they say there is no glare, which would be perfect for me. I will see if I can't get the free download to work for me. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for sharing with us!!! I just downloaded the Kindle for the PC. I am so excited I can't even begin to explain!! I am diabetic, and my eyes have really been bothering me lately (I have an eye appt. today). I haven't been able to read much as I need new glasses. With the Kindle, I can read online and blow up the page to the size I need. I have already downloaded 3 free ebooks. Thank you so much, I am so incredibly grateful to you! I want to purchase a Kindle eventually, but this is great also!!

WEll, I got the kindle for pc to work! Yeah! It just won't download the free games for some reason, but I did download like four books. I actually am interested in purchasing one now, they seem to be a lot more than I thought they would be!

I had no idea you could try it for free! I am so going to try that, since I have been thinking about getting an e-book reader anyway. Thanks for the tip! Did you eventually get it to work?

I am currently using this free Kindle for PC, and it works perfectly on my PC. I am able to read some books from it, but I don't own an Kindle, not for soon. So I just decided to find some "Copy" from the Internet, and I have found one on The Pirate Bay and Bitsnoop. You could try that too, just simply type "Kindle" on the search bar, and hit it. Within a second, a lot of eBook in mobi format will appear. Good Luck With The Kindle for PC if you're trying to get back to it.

I enjoyed mine some but I didn't want to tie up my computer with it. I would really like to get a real one sometime though! I am glad you are enjoying the free one!! It's a great deal really!
