have you ever been addicted to Tumblr, facebook or the like?

I have never even heard of tumblr, i was on facebook many years ago, i was always on there as many people kept on sying how exciteing it was and all the things that you could do on there. Well i quickly got bored of it but left my account open, a few months ago i got sick of emails coming from them and as i never really used the site i decided to delete my account. Even now many people still say how good it is but i doubt that i could be tempted to go back onto it, i don't really see the point, although a friend of mine on here did say that i may find a nice woman on facebook, so maybe it does have some positives. I guess i will just see what happens, maybe in time i will sign up again.

i got addicted to tumblr last year, especially when it had its tumblarity ranking and points, i am still using it, but i am keeping to a minimal... i want to post my own stuff when i have some time, i just don't want to reblog and reblog. it's hard to find the real poster because some people usually get the post in tumblt as their own... and facebook, too, i love to play the mafia games there and chat with my friends ''

i'm the same... but for me.. i go through phases where i want to be on them all the time and check them everyday to all of a sudden i dont care about them and dont check them for weeks

I agree that Tumblr is addicting because that's where I had my very first blog and still maintain it to this day. http://www.starson45.tumblr.com The tumblr bloggers share a lot of good and interesting pictures. That's what I love about it! Also, the interface is very simple and user friendly.

Yeah I've been using Tumblr for years and I kind of not liking how they removed some of its key features. I've been a fan since I joined because I learned a lot from it. Quite an addicting site though, a very creative and fun site to get addicted to!

Helo peterpancomplex, its very nice to meet you. Yes, I have been addicted to tumbler. It is so attractive. I started viewing one blog at Tumbler and I kept moving from blog to blog. It was so much fun. I am also focusing on mylot. It is fun here too. I also jump from one social network to another. But there is something her at Mylot that makes me keep reterning back to it. Perhaps the money!

No social sites for me. I usually get to facebook just to look around. My data I posted there are legit though. In fact I haven't been there for the past month or so. I don't really find any logic in posting on some social sites and getting scammed in the process.

Oh yes, definitely. In fact, always. I am a multitasker and it is hard to maintain two or more social networking websites at the same time. It is definitely a hard thing to do. Sometimes, I have to open two things or four things at once. Then later, I would actually forget that I have to do something with the other websites! I think it is normal for me to be forgetful but it keeps on repeating like the same old story, over and over again. Let us take for example today, I opened my Twitter and Facebook accounts. Soon, I used the myLot search to check about anything about Tumblr using the discussions tab which I eventually found this post. Then I shifted the tab to web tab, so that I could open my Tumblr. I got so concentrated in Tumblr that I eventually forgot that I have to answer some messages in Facebook! I have to greet Happy Birthdays too! Most of the times, I would leave my Twitter and Tumblr accounts open. Not Facebook because I get irritated by the scams and chat messages most of the times. Sometimes I get to lose interest on one particular website I opened and I would close it immediately, without knowing that I am actually doing something with it. I guess that's just me.

i'm the same. before i'm so addicted with facebook games, now I just check if there are updates and messages, then i'll surf to other sites

I'm addicted to tumblr. I think I post & reblog around 100+ photos, quotes, lyrics, songs & videos a day. It's really exciting gaining new followers. But anyways, I don't really lose interest in tumblr. Facebook, yeah I kinda hate facebook haha.

before im so much into facebook, especially in playing games there. im so addicted to vampire wars for it allowed me to somehow live my fantasy of becoming a vampire... grriiirrrr.... :) sometime i arrive late at work because i have to finish first a certain task in VW hihihih those days of craziness...thanks for asking this question, made my look back to my once silly addiction :P

For me facebook was a lot more addictive than the other social networks. I think its because of the games. I remember like a year ago I was really addicted to the games like Pet Society, Farmville and Cafe World.
