every time I think I want to lose my weight, I become more fat than before

Every day I always count my weight and it showed the disappointing result. Actually, many of my friends or my families said that I'm not too fat and I'm not too thin, too. But I feel I'm very fat now. My clothes are didn't suit well to me again. I feel so embarrassed if I wear T-shirt or jeans and other people looked at me with strange eyes. So, how does thing to do for this case?

To get an accurate reading of your weight you should weight yourself in the mornrning, before breakfast (but after you go to the bathroom) and in as little clothes as possible. I wouldn't advise any drastic dieting, because then it's really difficult not to have the jo-jo effect and all the wight coming back. Instead, give up sweets, and start eating often (even 6 times a day), but less. And drink a lot of water, so you don't dehydrate. To succeed in losing weight, you have to work on your confidence, or no amount of lost weight will satisfy you. Good luck!

what do you mean by eating often 6 times a day? I still confusing because my English isn't very well. But thank you for your great opinion.

I mean often. MY friend eats something small every 3 hours (or so). Additionally she goes to the gym twice a week and slowly, she's losing weight.

would you please to give me some examples about what are the meals or whatever things that we can eat every 3 hours?
