Can anyone give me the recipe of honeyed chicken wings?

I actually like this plate. I tried to cook it at home but I couldn't. I often go to restaurant and order this plate. Can you please tell me what's the recipe of honeyed chicken wings? I want to cook it as good as in restaurant. Anybody here who knows how to cook this plate please help me.

16 chicken wings (about 3 lbs.)
1 c. honey
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 lg. cloves garlic, crushed & minced
Pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut off boney tips of wings. Cut each wing in half at the joint. Place in a single layer in a shallow 3 quart baking dish.
In a medium bowl, stir honey, catsup, soy sauce, oil, garlic and pepper until blended. Pour over chicken pieces, turning to coat. Bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until browned, basting occasionally. Yields: 32 appetizers.
