The nature and quality of food greatly determines the degree of physical immunity and vitality. Most of us use to seek curative solutions only when we get attacked by some diseases. However,we can prevent many of of the diseases and lead a disease-free life,if we take prior steps in following some principles of wellness. Since most of the cereal based staple food, vegetables and fruits, we use, contain higher percentage of toxic chemicals received from the chemical fertilizers, pesticides and hormones, our vital organs and physical system become weak and stressed. Our body immunity significantly decreases, giving rise to onslaught of various diseases. In order to prevent the adverse effects of such chemicals and to give vitality to us at cellular level,we need to regularly take some essential food supplements. Thanks.

Without doubt organic food is the way to go.It is the best because we are not knowingly doing anything from our side and allowing nature to work on its own.And I feel that is the ideal way to grow food.Of course in today's modern lifestyle, this may not be possible as we do not have the time to either do organic farming or search for organic food.We are instead content buying from the nearest supermarket selling generic or processed food.I think it cannot be helped and we have to just ready ourselves for the after effects of this lifestyle too.
