I think it was sophomore Geometry in High School. I put in a lot of work. More work than I could even imagine. I just barely passed. It was just one subject that I did not get. How about you? Looking forward to reading your responses.

Art class. I only got a C but was supposed to get an A, but my teacher mixed me up with another girl with a similar name. When I confronted my teacher she said it was "too late to fix"!

I would have been really upset. Teachers should really double check those things. Especially considering there is a huge chance of something like that right now. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

when i was in high school, i had the best grades. i didnt have a grade below 85%. i could say, i belong to class A students. but things do change when i was in a university. although my university isnt the top university in the country but the fact that it is among the top 10 universities in the country and one of the best ENGINEERING universities in the country, it is expected that the learning standard is a bit higher as compared to other well known private universities. as an engineering student, it is not unusual to fail. yeah, i failed a major subject and have to extend a year since the subject is only offered once a year. i cant say it is a frustrating grade, i could say, it is the most challenging grade i ever had.

Never really failed a subject, but I can only imagine how bad it would be. Taking some subjects once is more than enough. It is really bad to take it again. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

My most disappointing grade was a paper grade in my law class. It was a very important class and I was really interested in the topic. I have worked for weeks on a paper and spent so musch effort on it that I didn't think I could recieve a bad grade. Well, I did. When I got the grade and my paper back, it felt like someone was actually feeding me lemons.

I have had that feeling on many, many papers in the past. There are times where I write a paper. I think it is while not great, a very good, solid effort. Yet sometimes, the teacher has criteria that really is not met by my effort. Such is the life in school. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

Hi. megamatt. It was for Science in college during my freshman year. And then again Home Economics in high school1. I failed these two classes because it was very difficult for me to understand the work that I needed to do. It was easy for other students, but hard for me.

I just see people understand subjects that I have no grasp with and really I do applaud them. I'm sure that there are many people who do not grasp a lot of the things that I understand. Such is the nature of school and in fact the nature of life. Someone's thing that they understand is another person's thing that causes them to fall flat on their face. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

In highschool I almost failed my Chemistry highlevel class, I was suppoesed to pass with honor, but yeah, in an oral exam and you drag the exact wrong subject, the only you arent strong in, then it is doomed to go wrong... The rest of my grades I guess that I deserved.

You are most welcome, and yeah I agree there are things where you expect to be stronger than you think. Ive had the same with one of my other classes during my Academy degree, But afterwards it showed out that about 75% on national level had failed the class, I passed but with a lower grade than expected.

There are just certain things where you expect to do really good. Yet in the end, you really do not do as well as you would have hoped. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

I think every math subject I took was a disappointing one (that includes high school and college). I never have a head for numbers, calculations and anything math-related so basically you can say that I am trying to get by when it comes to exams and tests (especially the major one). I felt quite relieved in college becuase my class are in the same situation as me. There are only a few people who could balance math and words and I wasn't really up or consider them as competition.

Numbers are a tricky one. Those who can crunch the numbers on their head, they do have a bit of a gift I would think. I think there are many times where I have gotten math very well but there are other times where math has not been my strong suit to say the very least. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

well, i guess the worst was when i was about to graduate in high school because there was a huge cheating from the teachers in our school. one student did this under-the-table or paying to the teacher to be in the honor list. they gave very small grades to the ones who were supposed to be in the list to delete them in the final list. it was so annoying. we had a demonstration for that, but the victims didnt pursue at the end. they looked scared. it was so annoying. i felt sad for them. they were the ones i used to be with when claiming awards.

I do not want to sound like I am gloating but I graduated high school with honors and scholars in college. My college degree has a gold stamp on it. Yeah, so deserved. Some people have a very difficult time in certain subjects and well dedication means getting additional help and or simply just not able to do it. I mean I know some people who just could not master any form of math in school, yet are very successful with finances in life.

I know people like that as well. There are just some people who are not able to concentrate in school. Yet they get it in real life. Then there are people who did well in math in school but fell flat on their face in life. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well.

i was in college when i got a grade of 2.75 (76-78) in one of my subjects. it is the lowest ever grade i had received in my entire course. thinking that this subject is just 0 credit in the courses offered in our state university.
