Has anyone done freelance work for Odesk?

I think it is a very good online place to work. I have received a lot of interview invitations there, but I am too busy to be able to take up them. Up to now, I have only done one job there, and get a small wage of 7dollars by making several phone calls and writing some email for my employer in China. My employer was very happy with my performance, so at the end of the task he gave me a bonus of 10 dollars. I think the secret to get offers is to build a good working record and set a reasonable working rate.Good luck with you!

I don't know what is it? which kind of this site dear? Can we earn money from them? I am an IT man, can I work in there too?

I tried many times to get freelance work in Odesk. But no positive result. So i said good bye to Odesk. It wasted my time.
