Normally, meetings help solve working problems. But in my company, meeting is a nightmare! After the meeting, every thing is even more confused. I think that because my boss doesn't have enough managing skills to control a meeting. I hate meeting in my company!

Even me before when I had a regular working jobs in the school. I hate meetings because the President the owner of the school shouted all of the faculties and worker in the college. Instead they ask us what is good for the student and how student doing well in school to promote the school standard. The owner the President...always shouted that is why I hate to attend meetings. If I suggest to buy more facilities for student used?

We agreed together that almost meetings are waste time. So, don't hope any things are better than after a meeting.

I used to enjoy having meetings at work, the ones that had food were the ones I liked the most. If nothing else it broke up the day. It was like a little break from working. Nothing ever got accomplished though, and most of them were a waste of time. Now I am on disability and don't work, so every day is a break from working.

Oh, I hope that you always feel good from your living. I only think that we shouldn't have many meetings which waste time.

the meeting won't be a problem if it's controlled following right way. But in this company, the meeting is a nightmare. Every people argued and we don't get any good results from it.

Yes, it does happen to many people. Now that I'm doing freelance work, so there's no meetings...but I used to work in companies where there were more gossips, blaming, digging out issues than finding ways to solve it. Maybe if you could approach your boss, you can voice up a few pointers on how a meeting can be improved. Rather than putting yourself in an agonising position everytime there is meetings. But if your boss is the type that doesn't like to hear advise or even opinions, you better bear with it for now.....
