Do you have this problem too with paid to YouTube?

Hi Dear Lotter I am member of Paid to YouTube from long time, I already have a been paid three times by this site, as you may know the site was having problem in last couple of weeks, now it is working but I still have problem with Cheap Advertisements and Forum. The problem started when the number of cheap advertisements increased from 70 to 350-360. Every other thing like surf video or stats etc are working properly but only Cheap Advertisement and Forum is not working, when ever I click on cheap advertisement the page opens, it shows the number of advertisements and pay per click but it is not showing the advertisement and access denied option appears, like the following: [i]ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved While trying to retrieve the URL: http://24.255.53.187:800/p2yt/e.php *(not a referral link) The following error was encountered: * Access Denied.
