I know of Birejji and Ro2. Birejji has a 25c instant cash-out via PayPal and Ro2 is $1 and not instant. If you need any help just ask.

I joined the one and barely use it so no sure. On Birejji I have earned roughly $25 in a few months(since June). You will earn 25% of whatever your referrals earn. Its not an amazing earner but its fun and different and you can also discuss other sites and hear about new sites/
