I always check the internet for some tips of job interviews and i would say that not all tips works. I have a friend whom i knew from a training center and we had our interview on the same say. I was sure i was more good than him because during our training i always excel. But sad thin is i went out not too confident than him on the interview day. So i didn't get the job and he did. Learning from that experience, i think that one should be more confident that he/she will get the job despite the less qualities he/she has.

I believe English is not your native language? It's not really a problem if that's the case because they will understand that since you are not born to speak that language then you are excuse of having small mistakes in grammar and fluency. That's what i learned from my IELTS training. It can be learned and i know you can do it. You still have a lot of edge than the others. Just be more confident and you will surely get the job you needed.

Your right! English is not really my language and i don't know why sometime its hard for me to say, explain what i want. I can say that i just need to improve myself. And one day i can do the same. That's why i want to try to live in a country that speaks English language. So that its not hard for me to say anything i want since its our medium. I can do this! Wish me luck..

So your telling me that even if your prepared and ready on all those questions. Its still possible if i will be confident enough about myself. But im telling you im not that good. Just an average person but i think i have lots of edge than others. Im aggressive on everything i am doing. Competitive in other ways. But this English speaking fluency and grammar are my weakness.

I hope my can experience can help. In my interviews since I am a multimedia artist, most of the time, my preparations go to waste. At home, I prepare to answer really tough interview questions only to find out that my interview would be very easy and simple. Sometimes we don't even speak in English. In the arts field they are really more interested in the skills of the person and how much they would pay the artist.

Im just wondering if what characteristics and skills that those company are looking for. Experience is a must so my sister advice me to try and try until i familiarize myself in those scenario and questions. Just like when i am in modeling workshop. i am not really confident to perform. But my friends and coach praise me a lot. I know that they are right but if i will accept it for me its like being boastful.

Friend, let them praise you. As long as you are not the one praising yourself, then that is never boastful. If they praise you, thank them and do even better next time. Action speaks louder than words, you are teaching others the proper way of doing things by setting a standard and by staying humble you would inspire others to do the same thing.

Really? I hope so. People are so good if they like the person. And some are just teasing you on how you act after saying those praise. It depends on who is talking, praising you. But we have to move on. This is the real life. We cant control their minds and thoughts. So i just want to be quiet all the time. But if feels heaven and delighted if their praised me.
