You know really the problems always distract my mind and this makes me disturb and no peace of mind. Specially today I am really bothered by my personal and financial problems. I almost don't sleep where i think where can i get the money that i need. Most of them told me that it well be okay but i can't accept what they are telling me more. All I want now is to solve the problem and where to get the solution and nothing but the money only. Problems always bothered me or us.

Hi, It is quite common for all of us to have personla problems affecting the work as well as work pressure affecting the personal life. My advice before entering into your office just tell to yourself, I am entering into my office and this is my bread winner and I will not allow any personal problems into my mind which affects my bread winner. This will help why because if you any problems with your job that will make your life more complicated. Otherwise take a day off solve your problem and get back to work. Either should work,I follow both of them depending on the intensity of the problem. Happy working Calpro

work and home is two different rooms and different environment. i have been through this experience when i was still studying, i had a family problem but i tend to keep it in school since it will bother my focus in studying and listening to my teachers' discussions. i set aside and leave what is for home and lean on what is for school. thank God i have friends who always cheers me up when they notice that im thinking deeply. but now that im working, i can still manage how to deal with home problem. since i cant do anything to solve family issues since im at work, ill just wait for the time of going out to the office and deal what is right after. if you know the quotation, keep praying and you will not worry, if keep worrying, you are not praying. or to make it short, worry not, because God is with you. just focus on your work in the office for you to be productive, and family will always be there for you no matter what circumstances goes on your way. :)

I think it is the same to everyone. When we have personal or family problem, we really can not concentrate to work at all. I did have a problem with my ex-girlfriend. The only thing I could do was to take few days leaves or went back earlier. After going somewhere for vacation, I were better to return to my work. However, a problem is still a problem. You must think about a way to resolve it as soon as possible. Take it easy buddy.

Family is 24/7, work is 40 hours. Its hard to not think of family problems while at work because it can consume your life. You should try to not bring your family problems to work because it will disrupt your work product and your boss doesn't really care about your family, he cares about the work you do. You can let him know you've got some family issues to deal with so at least he has a heads up if you have to leave work or can't concentrate on your job. I've had to deal with family stuff but I used my breaks and lunch time to deal with it.

Every one in this world has some problem or the other.Yes I too had many family problems but I had to earn to support the family. At least for 8 hrs in a day we can engage the mind on things other than the family problems though we cannot altogether forget them.Otherwise even that 8 hrs we will be worrying about the family problems.Another way is think about less fortunate people and when we compare our problems with those of others we certainly feel better though not very comfortable. This is life and we have no choice at many times...

I am a teacher so i don't want to bother my students with my unsolved problem. I have to solve my problem sooner so can do my job well. Keep unsolved problem is not good, so try to ask someone else to help you to solve your problem if you can't do it by yourself.

Yes. If you are facing a certain problem, it is sometimes quite hard to focus in your work. The point there is you mus go on with what you are supposed to do. In my case, I don't bring my problems to work and I don't bring my problems at work when I get home. If you would allow those disturbances to interfere with your work and family, it could lead to more and serious problems cause there will be a chain of reaction to you every actions. Have a positive outlook and bare in mind that there aren't immediate solutions in all your problems. It needs a little time for you to figure out the matter. Relax. Keep cool pal!

One thing that an employer assess in an applicant for a hiring is the capacity of an applicant to work under pressure and that includes handling of problems. Though it is hard to separate problems from work, that should the thing to be done. Forget it for a while when at work so that your work and productivity will not be affected. have a nice day!

I try to keep work problems and family problems separate. Sometimes they have a way of entering each other's worlds. It can be hard to concentrate when this happens. finding the balance is not as easy as you think.
