Windows installer could not be accessed....

friends i suffered with this problem from past few days...
how can i fix this problem
and
mycomputer takes longer time to open
please give me a solution to these two problems....
Actually i have my semister exams now with this computer problem i am not focusing on my engineering exams,
I requested you all give me solution....

I have that problem recently. Since I am not competent in computer language I send it to the specialist to arrest the problems. He told me the memory is too 'cluttered' and needs to reformat. So I reformatted my computer and glad I did as it is now in tip top condition.
You probably could've fixed the problem yourself.

i trying to solve this problem without re-formating the operating system,
i m trying from past one month,
but
it leads to new problems,
now i m dealing with this "windows installer" problem...

rameshchow I see others have helped you already with the installer and to make your computer open quicker set your virus protection to not open until after you boot up as if its opening at start up it will make your computer take longer to open and that is easy to do., jus go into the p roperties of your virus protection and aks it to delay start until comuter is opened. good luck God bless
