here i am just joining this site and find more better earning then the others but i don't know it is legitimate site or a scam plz. any one who is member and paid by it respond to me. if it is scam also respond plz. give the right information about this site my lotters.

At first they pay you, can cashout when you reach the payout threshold. Now they need your account be upgraded before they approve a cashout.
