Carrier

I used to be on T-mobile for five years. I started with them in October of 2005. At first, I was very happy with service and price. However, after the second or third year, I felt their service and quality really went down. Also, not many people have them. So, my mom (I pay for a two line family plan) often was going over her minutes. Also, following that, they began to charge me for things I didn't do/use. Once they claimed I was making calls to Italy, despite not knowing Italian or anyone living there. I looked up the number and told them several websites listed this number as a scam and they couldn't be bothered. After this, about six months ago, I said I'm leaving them when my plan is up. Now, is my first day with a new carrier. How long have you have your current carrier? How many times have you have changed carriers?

I'm with tmobile & I'm pretty happy with them. I've been using them for a while now & I haven't really had any major problems. I rely heavily on my phone for my work.

I've been with my carrier for 8 years now. They used to be cingular, but cingular got bought out by AT&T. And fortunately, they have to keep the cingular "promises" so to speak - and they did. I'm satisfied with the service. And they have rollover minutes - so we never really go over since the previous minutes that we didn't use rolled over. I like it and I'm satisfied with the service.

Smartie- I currently use TMobile and love them. We've used them for 7 years now. They have been very good to us, fair pricing, and competitive in technology. I can't really complain. I will however say that my poor experiences came with Verizon Wireless who when someone hacked in to my phone via a land line and placed 4K in calls they held me personally responsible. They were the ones that told me what occurred, verified they were not my calls, and yet still wanted their monies. I won't ever use their services again. Namaste-Anora

I was with t-mobile for 5 years, and in 2008, I switched to verizon. I like them much better as I don't get dropped calls, where with t-mobile, I got them everyday it seemed. I know thee are those that don't like verizon, and that is okay, as I have never had problems with them at all. They have been there for me when I needed them, and they have always treated me right. Now, there service plans might be expensive, but I do like the phones they have and the fact their service is widespread all over. I will stat with verizon as long as my family has them, as it helps that we don't use up our minutes. If my family ever changes carriers, then i probably will, but for now, I will stay with them. Take care, and have a good day.
