So you bought a house cuz you have a girlfriend. I don't think it's necessary to go buy yourself a house cuz you have a gf. What if you broke up? Besides, you can always rent an apartment if both of you want to get solo.

Ok. Well i have nothing against your culture. I guess you had no choice after all. I guess you're gonna have to find a way to pull through with the financial problems. Get extra for extra income or whatever. Besides, you already bought the house so you can't do anything about it now.

I don't think that you have to buy a house simply because you're in a relationship, or something. You should buy a house because you both want to and can afford one. My husband and I have been together for a while and we don't have a house. Not because we don't to, but because we can't afford it.

It is lovely that you own a house and have a girlfriend. I hope that you are able to maintain payments on your bank payments. You have to make up the shortfall about 700 rach. It is possible for you to get enough money from other sources to pay for your bank loan or mortgage? You would get on well marrying your girlfriend and having a baby in the future. A person needs a home to live in so he or she can buy a house with mortgage helping him or her. Alternatively renting an apartment is fine but it would be like putting money down the drain. In the future you might get a better paid job and be earning 4000 rach each month. You are having pressure at the moment and your future looks bright. Good luck.

i think it's not smart yet to buy a new house considering your a fresh graduate. This should still be the time your considering your options like what job do you really like. Having this big of a responsibility will hinder you on doing so. There also might come a time where you have to take a risk for a career but you can't because your paying mortgage and stuff which is what a married man with 5 kids should be doing. You should take it easy enjoy being an engaged young adult but since your house dilemma is already there might as well ask help from your girlfriend. if she loves you too, She's be more than willing to give you a hand.
