Procrastination

Our lives today are so full of choices that sometimes leads to overload of information and this results to delaying our actions...I'm guilty of this, as I have admitted that I'm a planner...I gather information before doing anything, and sometimes its good but at other times it seems I'm wasting a great amount of time thinking and not very productively (I'm only human and a realist at that, I'm also guilty of thinking of the possible negative effects of my actions)...hmmn, I have tried thinking positive thoughts to stop procrastinating and somehow it works a little... How about you? Do you also have any problems with procrastination? How do you deal with it? Do share...

i believe time is gold and every moment counts. you might not know youre going to miss a plane or a train bcuz youre a minute late. but old habits die hard. procrastination has always been my problem since i was a kid. but not worse i can still handle it. i could still meet deadlines. ;)

Due to my medical problems(severe depression, panic attacks, S.A.D., arthritis and obesity)I do tend to procrastinate. I think about something I know that I need to do for along time before I do it because of the pain I know it will intail or the stress or whatever. It makes it easier on me. I think prethought is important to a degree. And even thinking about your day after the fact. Helps with the next incounter.

Aye, prethought is really important but not if it's too much already...

Too much of anything is not good. Moderation in all things.
