If you had the chance to visit a friend or a family member from another country, where would you go and why? It could be a real life friend or family member who live abroad or it could be an online friend that you haven't met before. I would go to Japan or India. I have a Japanese friend that I met 12 years ago when she was in Denmark. We went to school together and afterwards she went back to Japan. We have kept in touch since that time, and when she lived in the UK for some months she visited me in Denmark. I would like to visit her in Japan one day. I have a friend from India that I have been in touch with for 11 years. He invited to his wedding some years ago, but unfortunately I didn't have the money for the ticket, so I wasn't able to go. I hope to visit him another time instead.

I had the chance to visit my best friend in Singapore 2 years ago. I wish I can visit my relatives in the States next year. Also I really, want to go the countries of my fellow travelers in mylot like you, maximax8 and marguicha. It would be awesome to visit you guys at your homeland and share our travel experiences while you are touring me in your country. And maybe we can plan to have an annual outing of Mylot traveler members to one country we would all like to go. That would be fun.

I really like the idea of an annual outing for Mylot members, that could be a lot of fun and interesting as well I love travelling and seeing other countries, and I am think I am lucky, because I have had the chance to visit some of my friends from other countries and I have also met foreign friends in my own country. I would love to do that again. Right now I don't have much money to spend on travelling, but maybe one day

I would like to visit my friend that lives in Chile. She is an on-line friend that have a lot in common with. She and I would be able to chat about all our adventures in different countries. When I was 28 years old I traveled to Perth in Western Australia. I traveled around that incredibly large state. As part of my trip I visited my cousin. She married an Australian man and emigrated there. They lived in Esperance at that time. It is in an isolated position, four hours from the outback and five hours from the nearest town. When she lived there they did a once a year shopping trip to Perth.

It is always nice to meet people that you have a lot in common with. Some of my friends also like travelling and it is interesting to hear about the places that they have been and their experiences. I have never been to Australia, but I have a friend from Melbourne that I would like to visit one day. She spent one year in Denmark as an exchange student, and afterwards she went back to Australia. I hope that I will be able to visit her and my friend from New Zealand one day.

I am happy to hear that you will soon get the chance to go back to your hometown. It is nice to able to meet your family again when you have been apart for a while. I live pretty close to my parents so it is not difficult to visit them, but my brother lives in a different part of the country. Fortunately we are all able to meet every once in a while. I hope that you will also get the chance to visit your friends one day.

Yes, I really hope that I will be able to visit my friends in their countries one day. I miss my friend from Japan, we can't meet very often because of the distance, but we keep in touch via letters and parcels. When we met it feels like we have just been together and we always have a great time together

If i had the chance, i will go anywhere they are so long i'm able to visit them. It would be a new experience for me, to meet new friends or reconnect with my relatives and old friends. U are so lucky to have old friends, still in contact after a decade! I will be happy enough if i get the chance to pop over to philippines because majority of my friends are there.

I would really love to go and visit my tita in North Carolina, she hasn't been here in the Philippines for almost a decade now since her husband has not been doing that well in the past couple of years. I would get to see their place and visit some sites which I believe are great. Another place I'd like to go is the whole of Europe. If only I could go backpacking and trek the different sites of the continent, I would really love to. I hope I could do these in the next couple of years.
