Congrats, I have limited knowledge in cooking. It only takes me less than a week to perfected in cooking omelet, adobo (chicken or pork), saute veggies, and monggo.

Congratulation to you. Let make this success a driving force for you to cook more. There are a lot of cooking show on the tele nowadays. Most of the food network show the culinary and delicacy aroung the world. You can learn to cook a lot of dish with different culture background. Or you can goolgle any recipe you want on the net. It does help also. And I confident you will impress more with a lot of research and practice. Good job anyway.

wow! that is really nice. when i was a teenager that is the first dish i learned.but when you get to taste the different style of cooking adobo you will like it more. others put chicken liver on the end when its almost done. some don't put vinegar but instead sugar and some just use salt instead of soysauce. but all of the them are really good.

Hello friend, i love cooking, if i have to be honest. And i love to make new recipes, they are always delicious first time. After that something wrong happens and the taste is not so good. I never try to do something, which is too hard, because if i can't do it, i'll only waste the products for the recipe and i don't like to throw food. So always when i cook i try one thing, after that another thing and every recipe is ... bit similar and good remake of the last recipe with the same products. That's how i teach myself to cook.

I love to cook but only desserts and salads, i couldn't prepare a meal like adobo or something. I like to prepare Korean dishes that I love to eat because nobody at home knows how to do it and it's a bit pricey to just eat in a restaurant. So I'm learning how to prepare Korean food, except kimchi which needs fermentation and hard work. I'm glad that you were finally able to prepare a meal by yourself!

Congrats, abodo is the most easiest dish to cook in the Philippines Good thing you appreciated our local dish and hope you make more someday And by the way, I learned to cook by a trial and error basis. You can also look in the internet for recipe listings and youtube videos. In out country, there is a station that airs short recipe tutorials that are fats and easy and that's what I watched when I have free time...
