I have problems when logging in online at UNIONBANK

I have tried to log in at the EON card of Union Bank but then when they are asking for the password, new password and retype it there would be bar that appear and said INVALID TXN PASSWORD. So what does it mean?

I guess your password and new password didn't match. Type slowly.

Let me rephrase your new password and retype password much match at the same time your old password mustn't be related to your new one,

Hello, Did you remember the username and password you registered online?or maybe you just mistype your password also.Just try to log in back maybe their system also had problem.I did experience that also.
