Newspaper give us a lot of information about what's happened in our country, our world. Most of them are very useful informations. But do you believe what they said are true or they just overstated the news?

Yes you are right newspapers are a great source of information but sometimes they change the story lines too there liking which i hate because they are really not giving you the information you want which should be against the law and i know i would make it against the law. They also pick and chose what they want too post and i dont know if you have noticed but they never seem too post bad things about themselves only good things. If you need too buy a good paper then buy the well known and famous ones as they hold the right information and i find a lot more helpful all though they charge you more.

Thanks for your comments. In some way, if the stuff is both good and bad face, then they can said this stuff in different way they want, they can tell us the lie. Anyway, I never buy newspaper, I just read news on the web and I views at least 3 or 4 site a day!

Yes. Bias is the most thing we meet when we read the newspaper. It's just the same stuff, but some newspaper consider it as good one and some newspaper consider it to a very bad stuff. we need to think or read more when give some opinion about what we read from newspaper.

If it's the national newspaper, then the source is credible as the newspaper is printed for everyone to read and the information inside has to be true or else there will be dire consequences. If it's just some gossip newspaper, then most of the sources would come from witnesses, and people who don't have the full truth to it and these newspapers only print the newspapers for entertainment's sake. So it depends.

You have to consider the source when reading the newspaper. Well known and respected newspapers take pride in the truth. there are some publications who don't care about truth and honesty. they only care about selling their product.

It depends on what kind of newspaper and at which country. Tabloids are known to be thrashy newspaper and the information can be taken which a pinch of salt. Likewise for country whose government tightly control the media industry.
