Hi friends I am back!

To my friends who have missed me I am back. I have been gone for a long time. I have been in school getting my degree in Business Administrations/Management and finished last month. I have had a few of my friends here at Mylot keep up with my but most of you I have to sadly say I have not had to the time to keep up with.
I am not looking for a full time job. I still am working on and off part time for a local physician and am currently do a project for him. I will have some good Christmas money.
My husband has been diagnosed with dementia and I have to keep a good eye on him. He is doing all kinds of weird things. That is for another discussion, we are trying to keep him working till July so he can get his 40 quarters with social security. I am not sure if that will happen because of the things he has been doing theses last few weeks.
I need to get our wills and our legal papers in order for the day he cannot sign them. Other than that I am well and looking forward to making money again.

Hello There,

Congratulations on passing all your Studies
I am glad that you are not going for a Full time job now as it worried me a bit when you said you will
I know you feel better and that is great, but it worries me that it would be to much for you specially with Hubby being the way he is to

It will be nice talking with you again. I hit the post button by accident. My son came in and said something to me, and a bumped the mouse. The arrow must have been over the post button. lol Be sure to take care of yourself through all of this.

Hi my friend you are one of them I have missed the most even thou we have chatted online. How is your son?
Grandson is great. He is a little cutie with the most beautiful blonde curles. He is almost two and smart as a whipp. He really got into Christmas this year next year he will really love it. He was here for a week at over the holidays. I got to spend a lot of Granny alone time with him. yayaya. We read books especially one of his favorites over and over and over.
Do not email me on my teapot email because it got hijacked and I changed the pass word and closed it down. The hijackers cleared my contact list out so I could not email everyone to let them know I am fine. I hope they did not get any money in my name. I sent the email to ATT spam so I hope they can do something to them.

Hi tea, really glad to see you back again here Congrats for getting the degree after the hard study for a certain period. I understand that you are quite busy for you have to spare time to take care of your husband and at the same time to earn enough daily expenses too. Yeah, part time job suit you most at the moment.
Yeah, undesirable incident might happen at any time if no one keeps an eye on a dementia person. My late dad had taken nearly one third bottle of cooking oil before, for he thought that it was soft drink. He was stopped in time fortunately for my mom saw this weird act at that very moment. If not he would suffer from diarrhea for sure if he finished the whole bottle then 
Hopefully everything would go smoothly and wish that your husband could obtain his social security successfully. It's wise to get all the wills and legal papers signed to avoid any inconvenience in the coming future.

Hi tea, if I'm not wrong I did respond to one of your old discussions about your husband made a wooden cart for you to move the flower pots in your garden few years back. He is very good in this aspect I believe he is good in making other stuffs as well. I agree that to keep him busy and engrossed in his favorite activities would help him to have lots of fun in daily living. It's good for his health as well to have physical activities daily
It's a good idea to have notes sticking on certain places where he could get to read them easily. And this would remind him what to do before starting working, like note with big and conspicuous words on the door of the bathroom to remind him to take out his hearing aid before he takes shower. I'm so sorry to learn that you had to spend extra expenses to get his hearing aid replaced again. Hope that the notes left for him work well in reminding him

Hello friend. My husband is not that bad but he may become bad one of these days. He is doing weird things that I cannot explain and the bad part neither can he. It is so sad for all involved. I have found he does better if you keep him busy with stuff he knows how to do and then keep him with instructions at all times that helps. I am going to have to start leaving sticky notes around for him. Especially about reminding him to take his hearing aid out before he takes his shower. We just get it paid off and he drownes it again. He has had to get it fixed three times from taking it to the shower with him.

I wondered where you were & what you were doing??? The one thing I've learned here is that friends "real life" sometimes forces them to take vacations & most come back just as soon as they can!!! I'm thrilled to hear of your degree!!! I'm sorry your husband is having soooo many problems that complicate your life!!! As what he has doesn't usually get better, I just pray that he makes it a little longer so maybe your life can be a little less complicated!!!!

I hope you did not get an email saying that I was in europe somewhere and of need of money because I know I had your personal email. My email was philished or like I say hijacked. I am fine and did not travel out of the country. I hope you did not send them money.

NOOOOOO, I didn't receive an email saying you were stranded. Let me take this opportunity to warn you ...if you ever are stranded & really need money, you better tell me something in that email that only you & I know. If you don't give me some personal information, your butt is gonna stay stranded!!! I've had so many friends hacked/hijacked that when my gut tells me this doesn't sound right I immediately send an email asking "did you send this" & I ask them a personal question about something we've discussed. If they can't answer the question, I don't react to their email!!! I don't like to reply "did you send this" as the hacker may still have control of the account & be the one replying with the "yes I did". One suggestion, if you do decide to travel, send me a PM or email saying I'm going to be traveling to (wherever), so if you do indeed need help, I'll know it's really you & won't ignore your request!!!

I am sorry to hear this news about your husband. Life has its ups and downs and many things happen that make us realize life is so short. I haven't seen many people from when I started on Mylot many years ago. Its changed a lot to me.

I think of you every time I see a teapot. I'm so proud of you for finishing school, I don't know if I could go back at this point.
I'm just kind of looking at my email, but I probably won't be back on until later tonight - I'm about to start yet another long, bad day.

I hope your day was not that bad. I find that I am doing a lot of sleeping on the couch. I am not sure if it is depression or just because I am so confortable cuttled on the couch with my blanket by the wood stove. If I am up moving and doing things I am fine but if the couch calles me I then sleep. Take care my friend.

Congrats on finishing your degree, that's really great news. Sorry though to hear about your husband. Toward the end of her life my mother had dementia as well, so I know what you're going through

I see your postings on facebook are you having any luck saving babies? I have three cats now since Sammy went to the rainbow bridge. I have a black and white kittie who is Lucy and her sister who is grey and white Ethel. Lucy is also called Lucy love bug or Lucy dudder butt when she is trouble which is a lot. Ethel is also the Devine Miss E because of her empowerment issues. She sleeps with me under the blankets on her back with her head and front paws out of the blanket. She helps me hold my book up when I read when she gets tired of that she then bites the pages of the book. She loves snuggling under the blankets with her head out. I love my three kitties and of course I still have Petie so my famile is Petie, Abagail, Lucy and Ethel and they all have dad wrappled around their little paws.

OMG! It is so great to see you again tea! You have definitely
been missed! I am so happy for you getting your Business Degree
and in getting a job, but very sorry to hear about your husband.
That is very sad news. I hope he will be able to finish up his
work so that he can complete his time for ss benefits. I hope

Now it has taken me so long to repond to this discussion. Thanks for your well wishes. I have been working part time and had my grandson here. I just love being a grandparent it one of the best things in my life.
