do you have you proper diet?

are you fat? of overweight? well, this is the best motivation for it. keep a list food for diet and then list your weight everytime you have to monitor your weight. monitoring has great impact on weight loss. if you are going to self-monitoring on your diet and have regular exercise you can reach the weight you wanted. so you can budget the amount you are going to eat and how long you will take exercise everyday.

I am on a very health kick for several years. I use to be a horrible roller coaster dieters and finally kicked the habit. I bought my self a healthrider exerplay indoor bike. Which has Jillian Michaels voice which control the peddles so there is no cheating while exercising. When I first started I use to do 5 times a week, but since I do not want to lose any more weight now only do 3. I have never been over weight but was a bad eater. Now I am happy to say that I eat 4 - 5 times a day, drink plenty of water, no colas or soft drinks ever, and use my bike 3 times a week. I am very skinny but have never felt so great. I do not have to list my intake as I burn many calories on my bike. This I have been doing now for almost 3 years. I so got really serious one year ago when I noticed that that first two worked out well. So the key I am trying to make is discipline. With discipline we can achieve great health which leads to great weight.

Well I'm a little fat,not so much mut i could lose some lbs.I don't have any kind of diet i just look after what i eat and in what quantity.I try to eat more fruits vegetables and less foods which contains fat,sugar,oil.I try to eat less sweets,and sometimes i go for a short run.I hope i will lose some wight in the next weeks.

I'm overweight and I know I should eat better. It's hard, though... I try to eat organic as much as I can, but I tend to skimp on vegetables and fruits without thinking about it. It's a mindset problem for me. Fruit always seems so expensive that I don't buy much of it, but I make sure there is enough meat on hand. Doesn't make sense, does it? :)

I am average, however I feel that my diet is not very healthy as I don't eat too many vegetables :X And I try to exercise more so that I can keep fit. Happy myLotting :)

When it comes to eating, I am choosy...I mean very choosy! I don't have a proper diet but I do try to eat as much vegetables I can. However my mails are most of the time involve meat since I only like certain vegetables. However I don't consider myself fat as I am on the right weight and I try work out every 2 or 3 days once.
