I love snowflakes!!

Afew years ago someone on here shared this site with us and I saved it. It has snowflakes falling and if you click on them you get an enlarged version and see who made it where they are from. You can make one and add to it. I thought it was nice and wanted to share with everyone this year. Hope you enjoy it.

I know alot of people liike snow but i am not one of them.

Snow is amazing in that there are no 2 flakes the same and very pretty, but I am not a snow lover.
Where I live, we get it every year....everything is cold, the air, the car etc and etc. It makes the roads slippery. Our electic bill goes up.
I just like the summer better.

Ya, this site is just that way. We get it too. I don't care for it either. Spring, Summer and even Fall are better than from Novemeber to May. Ugh! Let's go to Hawaii for the next few months. We could go visit the DOg!

hi celticeagle oh that was so much fun and I sent the one I mad
e to my childhood best friend. Hope she loves making them as much as I do. I used to do that for tree decorations and hang them on the tree. I also bouth some frosted plastic ones to hang around the room but they were not as imaginative as the ones I cut out myself.My adult son was really good at this and his outshone mine too.

I'm glad you enjoyed them. My mom was very imaginative and could make some great ones. Hers she put on the tree and I have still got some of the frosted plastic ones too. Some are even glass, expensive, but so pretty and delicate. I like to hang crystals on the tree too and see all the colors.

I think this is the third year I have visited there. I think this is the first year I put Garden Gerty on them. Usually I put Heather E. This is such a relaxing site to visit.

I am glad you enjoyed it again. I found it enjoyable and put on my list of favorite sites. Just happened ot think of it again this year. My mom used to like to make the snowflakes. She could make some really pretty ones.

i love it. thanks so much. this would be great to keep kids busy on a snow day
if they arent outside playing in it. i miss ohio so much lately with everyone on here talking about the beautiful snow

Well, you send me the packing crates and I will send you all the snow you want. We got quite a bit this year. And will continue to off an on until March. Then the rain starts. I couldn't live without the seasons but I am not into the wind and cold. Ugh!

Thank you! Those are pretty and remind me of the huge paper snow flakes we use to make when we were in school. And then we would hang hem on the windows to decorate. These days we get plenty of snow outside, but now my head is turning and I'm thinking about my kids decorating the house windows with snowflakes. :)

You're so welcome! Hours of fun on a snowey snow day. You can print these out too. And send to people and comment on ones you see that you like. I like to see where other people live that are making them. I always enjoyed my mom's snowflakes. She was so creative. Gone now but well remembered.

I never touched a snow before. I really want to hold one. How does it feel. Here in my country we have no winter, nor fall and spring. That is because we have a tropical country. I can only touch a snow inside our freezer. LOL.

It is cold and very fleeting. They melt so quickly. Like shaving off a little ice and trying to hold onto it. Fleeting.
