If a person is lazy because he or she has been sad and you do not know it then you said words at him even telling him to grow up, did you thought what you did was right?

I believe that it all depends on the situation. If the person had suffered a great loss recently, and you didnt know that, then I believe that you should appologise, but if that person, to make an extreme example, has been doing nothing for a period like 15 years, perhaps that person really needs someone to tell them to move on with their live. As for right or wrong, I believe that if you truly did not know about that person's loss, you couldn't have predicted it, and in essence, the person really was slacking off, then perhaps it doenst matter that you said it even though that person had suffered. Of course, you should still appologise, but I believe that the question wether its right or wrong depends not so much on the outcome, but more on the intention. If you meant to actually help that person, or help others, then I believe that in fact, what you did might not have had a good outcome, but the intention was in essence, good.
