Hi my fellow forumers! Here's a question for you: What is your secret of getting a 6 pack and average build body? What type of home training do you suggest? Example like...push up and sit ups? I tried many times but failed. So, what is your personal suggestion and experience? I don't have much time daily as I spend most of my time at work every day. Therefore, is there any short in between workout I can do?

For me, I do at least 30 to 40 push ups daily as that increases your body endurance and improves the build of your body, especially your upper body. As for 6-pack abs, I do exercises according to this Youtube video---http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkKCVCZe474&feature=fvhl Other than that, if you want an average built body, then I advice you try the dumbbell and barbell curls and most importantly, try pull-ups. As for barbell curls, do them at least 15 times, have a 1 minute break in between and continue, total 2 to 3 sets of you can. For dumbbell curls, I have a great exercise, which is the three 7s, which I do it regularly. This involves you doing the first 7 curls halfway up till your elbow, then stop there. Another 7 curls will start from half way from the elbow to the arm. The last 7 curls will involve you doing the complete dumbbell curl. This is called the three 7s. Preacher curls are another way to get a good build too. They involve you putting your arm on a declined position, and then doing the curls. Besides all these exercises, you also have to do the threadmill. Remember to warm up and warm down!!!

Hi nicregi, thanks for that and I appreciate it a lot. Well, I wrote that as it's based on my experience. Yea. One more thing is, you need to be consistent in your workouts and then eat more protein and fruits and vegetables! Good luck in attaining a well-built body!

Due to space constraint, I suggest you to do the stretching and jogging by lifting your legs high on the same spot. These two movements will be good enough in your daily exercise. Tai Chi is good if you know about it. Just to remind you that exercise with the wrong page will slowly kill yourself.

According to my brother and my bf, push ups and body weight exercises are the best form of exercises u can get. IT's simple logic, because if u can't even do your own body weight, then one should forget about visiting the gyms for other forms of weight. I don't know how truth that is, but that's what they told me. IF u want to have abs, 6 pack, don't do sit ups anymore. Focus on your core muscles by doing plank/bridge. It works for me, and so it should work for u too.

they said there are really no shortcuts if you want to build your 6 pack.. it's always a hard work.. it requires time and energy.. and of course not to forget, it requires a lot of patience.. my boyfrined do situps and push ups everyday.. at the first week he's seeing no improvements.. so he started to get discouraged.. but i told him to continue.. and now, his muscles are starting to form on his chest and abdomen.. then he also do jogging and brisk walking in the evening.. so if you can also find time, even just a little time everyday, it might work for you as well..
